Beth Gilfeather
Chief Executive Officer
Beth Gilfeather currently acts as CEO of Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP). Since the beginning of her career with MRP, she has traveled around the US building and growing a successful network of contingency recruiting businesses. In 2007, Beth founded Seven Step Recruiting, MRP’s RPO business, to provide hiring-intensive businesses with a more cost-effective, flexible and proven recruitment solution. Beth codified Seven Step's breakthrough RPO methodology and authored the company's initial set of recruitment training courses. Beth has been in the recruiting industry for over nineteen years. Her areas of recruitment specialty include strategic planning; business development; and recruitment design, training and delivery. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and lives near Boston with her husband and two daughters. Her personal interests include triathlons, yoga and her husband’s cooking.Tony Groves
Chief Financial Officer
Tony Groves has over 25 years of experience as a finance professional in both Europe and North America and mostly in IT related companies. He joined Stride in June 1997 and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration since then. Before 1997, Tony held a number of senior executive financial positions over an eight year span with Cognos Inc., a publicly traded multi-national software company, where he was VP of Finance for North America Operations before he left to join Motion Recruitment Partners. Prior to Cognos, he was CFO of WilData a joint venture software company based out of London and Oslo. He qualified as an ACA in London in 1984.Paul Harty
President - Seven Step Recruiting
Paul Harty became President of Seven Step Recruiting in 2008. Paul provides critical strategic planning and spearheads solutions delivery for the company. Prior to joining Seven Step, Paul built and ran successful recruiting businesses for over 15 years and has held senior positions to include Regional Director and Vice President. Paul lives in the Boston area with his wife and 4 children. He is active in raising awareness and providing educational programs for families with for mitochondrial diseases through Mitoaction.org.Matt Milano
President - Jobspring Partners, Workbridge Associates
Matt began his MRP career in 1996 as the first trainee in our then-new Boston operation. Since then, his skill as a recruiter and builder of strong relationships has allowed him to move steadily through our ranks. 1997, Matt moved to California to help start MRP's Orange County business. One year later, he was tabbed to take the lead in starting a completely new operation in Los Angeles. In September 2001, Matt moved to New York City as a Division Manager. There, he was an integral player in continuing the success of MRP's largest operation during the post-dotcom recession. Matt moved to Boston in February of 2005 as Regional Director and was successful in bringing Boston from the lowest performing region in MRP to a top performing region in 12 months. Matt is a graduate of Saint Michael's College in Vermont and lives in Hingham, MA with his wife and 2 children.Brian Murphy
Chief Analytics Officer
As Chief Analytics Officer, Brian Murphy provides internal and external analysis helping to define new business opportunities and areas for growth, as well as operational expertise in market research, real estate acquisition/leasing, compensation structures and client contract negotiation. The foundation for Brian’s work includes a degree from UVM in Economic Geography, 12 years building start-up recruiting businesses in Boston and New York, and senior roles including sales management and business development. Brian lives outside of Boston with his wife and 3 sons, and has spent over 15 years coaching hockey and baseball, building sets for local theater groups, and serving on various town boards.Greg Karr
Executive Vice President - Seven Step Recruiting
Greg Karr became Executive Vice President of Seven Step Recruiting in 2008. Greg directs the company's client acquisition and business development strategies. Prior to joining Seven Step, Greg spent 12 years in recruiting establishing a proven track record in building and growing highly successful recruitment teams. Greg has occupied a number of senior roles to include Division Manager, Regional Director and Vice President of Sales and Operations. He is a graduate of Gordon College, and lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two children.Krista Weeks
Vice President - Finance & Human Resources
Krista Weeks is MRP’s Vice President of Finance & Human Resources. She drives human resource development to ensure its alignment with MRP’s emphasis on employee growth and advancement. She also directs accounting and reporting functions to encompass business expansion while not losing sight of client focus. Krista has a BA in Economics from University of California, Irvine and a MBA in Finance from Babson College. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and two kids.Matt Najera
Vice President - Jobspring Partners, Workbridge Associates
Matt Najera is currently responsible for MRP's agency sales operations. He has been with MRP for over 11 years, during which he's held key management positions in our businesses around the country, including New York City, Newport Beach, Dallas, Boston, and Atlanta. Matt graduated from the University of Southern California where he was a varsity baseball player. He was drafted in 1996 by the Baltimore Orioles and in 1999 by the Pittsburgh Pirates.Brock Bair
Director of Marketing
Brock Bair manages customer and client interfaces for each of the MRP businesses. He is responsible for maintaining the company's understanding of critical customer needs, and making sure that we're presenting ourselves in a way that clearly communicates our ability to meet those needs effectively. Brock has more than twenty years of marketing experience, primarily in online and measurable media. He's been heavily involved in the online marketing arena since 1995, when he helped support the IPO of one of the first browser manufacturers. Brock graduated from Duke University with degrees in political science and theology. He lives in Brookline with his wife and two sons.Max Indelicato
Director of Technology
Max Indelicato became MRP’s technology leader in the spring of 2010. Prior to joining MRP, Max worked in a variety of companies, including startups, growth-stage businesses, and established enterprises. He’s held the roles of Chief Software Architect, Director of Technology, and the like, where he’s built and maintained mobile marketing platforms, large scale public-facing e-commerce websites, and a series of financial applications supporting fixed-income securities for hedge funds and other similar financial entities. Max lives in the suburbs of Boston with his wife where he takes joy in tinkering with cars, blogging, and involving himself in various technical distractions.Evan Gordon
Regional Director – Philadelphia
Evan Gordon is currently responsible for growing and managing the Philadelphia contingency staffing operations. Evan has been with MRP since 2003 and helped open a successful startup office in Los Angeles in 2006. He is a graduate of University of Delaware with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in International Business. He is an avid runner and resides in the Italian Market neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife Jackie.Bryan Kaye
Regional Director – Silicon Valley
Bryan Kaye became the Regional Director of our Silicon Valley offices in May 2007. He has been with the company for close to 12 years, starting in New York City before moving to take on the San Jose office in 2003. Bryan’s expertise lies in full life cycle recruiting, sales management, training, and staff development. He graduated from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz with a BA in Business Management. He currently lives in San Jose with his wife and 2 sons.Dane Robinson
Regional Director – Washington, DC
Dane Robinson has been running the Washington, D.C. region since 2005. He has been successful in building relationships with some of the largest corporations, law firms, associates, universities and financial institutions in the Washington, D.C. area. Dane has helped these companies find, attract and hire some of the best I.T. talent in the D.C. area He has over eleven years of experience in the industry, has shown an ability to lead some of the most successful recruiting teams in the company. Dane had a successful track record in Atlanta and Chicago, prior to taking over the D.C. region. Dane graduated from Miami University and lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and two children.Heather Samaras
Regional Director – San Francisco
Heather Samaras became the Regional Director of our San Francisco operation in March of 2007. She brings 13 years of full desk recruiting experience with 12 years of sales management, training, and proven staff development. She has a track record of turning challenged sales cultures to successful profitable teams. She graduated from Temple University with a degree in Sociology and Radio, TV, Film. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter where she enjoys Bikram Yoga and loves to take advantage of the fabulous food and wine San Francisco has to offer.Debbie Strevens
Regional Director – Boston
Debbie Strevens has been with MRP for 13 years working in the capacity of both a Technical Sales Recruiter and Team Leader. Her entreprenurial interest in building businesses, combined with her successful track record in business development and account acquisition, earned her the opportunity to launch 2 IT startup agencies in the Chicago and San Francisco regions. Debbie holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. She is originally from Connecticut and often travels to the East Coast to visit friends and family. In her personal time, Debbie loves to do yoga and personal training. Drew Sussberg
Regional Director – New York
Drew Sussberg began his career in 2003 with Motion Recruitment Partners in New York City. Since then Drew has held various roles within the organization. From the get go Drew has exceled as an top contributor: Developing into a top biller, running a top practice to starting two divisions one being Finance & Accounting and the other a Technical staffing division Drew has been a major factor in the growth and operation here in New York City. For the past 2+ years Drew has run one of our best groups, offices and now Regions. Drew graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University. When he is not working he enjoys running and everything New York has to offer. Drew resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife.James Vallone
Regional Director – Los Angeles
James Vallone has operating responsibility for MRP's offices in Los Angeles. During his nine year career, James has built and managed highly successful recruitment teams in four major cities: Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. He has also trained and developed current and future leaders of the company. James graduated from Michigan State University in 2002 with a BS in Industrial Engineering. He currently resides in Marina del Rey, California with his wife and enjoys the beach, traveling and running.Tim Yandel
Regional Director – Chicago
Tim Yandel began his career in Chicago in 2004 and after a series of promotions in San Francisco and Boston, Tim is now back in his home town running MRP’s Chicago region. Tim’s experience includes opening two startups, a new technology team in San Francisco in 2006 that become the highest revenue generating team that same year and a Finance and Accounting office in 2008. In 2010 Tim Yandel took over one of our Boston offices and it quickly became one of MRP’s most successful offices in terms of both revenue and staff development. Tim has pioneered MRP’s Hiring Manager blog, HiringJuice.com, and been a crucial component on leveraging MRP’s impact on Social Media. Tim graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. When he’s not at work Tim enjoys the company of his wife, Julie and his two dogs: Jinx and Grandma. Tim also loves playing in a Chicago style Softball league, playing guitar and running.
